Payouts Overview

For every customer that you refer to [Company Name], you are entitled to a referral reward payment. Since [Company Name] is an online company, with a digital subscription product, there are a few things for you to know about how referrals will work, and what will count as a successful referral.

How Referrals Work

Each [Company Name] Ambassador is given a unique discount reference code. This code gives new customers 10% off [Company Name], but it is also how we will track and reward successful referrals. So, the way it will work is:

1. You recommend [Company Name] to a friend, or your followers on social media;
2. You include your unique discount code in the post and encourage them to use it at checkout;
3. The customer signs up for a free trial using your discount code;
4. After the 7 day trial is completed, if the customer converts to a paying user, we credit you with a successful referral.

This may sound straightforward, but it’s important to understand that we can only track successful referrals through your unique discount code—so make sure your referrals use your code to sign up!

7-Day Free Trial

Currently, [Company Name] offers a 7-day free trial. Referring users that sign up for a free trial, but cancel their trial before making a payment, will not count as a successful referral.

Payout Terms (Phase II) (Example**)

• Plan Referrals: For every successful Plan signup that you refer, you will receive $10USD;
• Launch Plan Referrals: For every successful Launch Plan signup you refer, you will receive $25USD;
• Grow Plan Referrals: For every successful Grow Plan signup you refer, you’ll receive $50USD

Payout Schedule

At the end of each calendar month, your successful referrals for that month (only those that have matured into converted customers) will be tallied up, and a payment will be sent to you via PayPal.
